Mike has been with The Open Group since 2001, initially as a Director, Consortia Services and then as a Director, Business Development. Over this period, he has been responsible for incubating, forming, and building numerous standards development initiatives, including the Open Trusted Technology Forum, the IT4IT� Forum, FACE® Consortium, the Open Process Automation� Forum, the SOSA® Consortium, the OSDU® Forum, and the Open Footprint� Forum.
In his present role, Mike manages The Open Group global Business Development team. He spearheads expanding current initiatives, and helps form new initiatives under The Open Group.
Mike has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
